How fast do orders ship?
Orders are produced and ship in 1-2 business days. This does not count the time it takes for the delivery service (UPS or USPS) to deliver the order to you. Estimated delivery times for all available delivery options are presented at checkout.
Will you create my design for me?
We currently do not offer graphic designing.
Can you print longer than 120"?
Absolutely! Upload as many designs as you want and our software will create the most efficient sheet size(s) required. If it goes past 120", it will create another sheet. You'll see all the sheets and arrangement before proceeding to checkout.
Can I re-order the same thing?
You definitely can! Just log in to your account and you can view your previous orders. If you have any questions, please reach out to support@turbo-transfers.com
Do I need to make my gang sheet before using the site?
Nope! Our system is simple to use - upload all of your designs and our system will automatically nest your designs in the most cost effective way and create the gang sheet(s) for you. You'll even see a preview before you add it to your cart.
